Each moment is holding subtle cues and quiet truths waiting to be noticed.

Why I started One Omen

One Omen began following moments that lit me up… flowers, birds, conversations; small things that shook me awake.

Somewhere along the way I started paying attention to smell more directly and it unlocked a new way of experiencing the world. I started closing my eyes and taking voice notes of scent details in all kinds of environments. I then began playing with perfume making to uplift myself or transport myself back to a memory, feeling, landscape, or scene that evoked something worth sharing.

Wanting to learn from true fragrance experts, I found ISIPCA, a renowned perfumery school in Versailles, France, founded by Guerlain in the 1970s. There, I deepened my perfume  vocabulary and learned the discovery and creative process that brings a fragrance vision to life. Since fragrance design has since gripped me in a way few interests ever got close to.

Perfuming has become an obsession that, thankfully, found me.

May One Omen scents spark something in you… a scene, a memory, a feeling, or a moment that you want to live in.

High-quality materials

I work with high-quality botanical extracts, essential oils, and modern fragrance molecules sourced through established professional fragrance suppliers, including materials from Grasse, France. I choose each material for what it brings to the scent (its notes, character, and tone) and formulate in accordance with IFRA fragrance safety standards. Every One Omen fragrance is then blended and bottled by hand in small batches. This means there may be slight differences between batches.

Many One Omen scents began as gifts for people I love. The ones they kept asking for eventually found their way into the collection.
